For your convenience you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. 

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York State.  The rate is 8.38%.  If you are out of New York State you will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping
We ship insured USPS first class mail.  Since each piece is hand-made, please allow one week for your order to be mailed.

Packaging
Each item you order will be beautifully packaged in a pretty white organza jewelry bag and a special Chloe-Jewel gift box, ready to be given as a gift to yourself or someone else!

Returns and Exchanges
We have a 10-day exchange policy for items that are not custom-made.  Sorry, custom-made items are non-refundable.  Please email us at if there is a problem and you would like to exchange a non custom-made item.
